Video: Future-Ready Banking at America First Credit Union

To enhance security, improve member experience, and streamline operations, America First Credit Union (AFCU) partnered with Diebold Nixdorf to transform its self-service banking and payments infrastructure.

Diebold Nixdorf has been working with AFCU to provide ATM and related solutions for over two decades. Since its legacy enterprise payment solution was sunsetting and its DN ATM fleet was approaching end-of-service, America First initiated a self-service and technology transformation project which enabled the credit union to easily roll out new features and provide a more secure banking experience to its members.

All POS and online member card-based transactions are handled via Vynamic Transaction Middleware; that’s approximately 90% of the transaction processing volume and equates to over two million transactions a day during peak times.
