Retail Service Packs | Advanced Availability for BEETLE POS systems, EASY eXpress self-checkout and kiosk systems
Owners of a Diebold Nixdorf Retail Service Pack certificate benefit from the recovery of their BEETLE POS, EASY eXpress self-checkout and kiosk system within the next business day following the acceptance of the service request. This is an on-site upgrade to the standard Warranty Bring-In cover.
To request support with a Retail Service Pack, simply call the Diebold Nixdorf Global Customer Care Center. Your local numbers can be found here.
We will assess your request and apply one of the following three options:
Remote Support through the Diebold Nixdorf Global Customer Care Center
Delivery of original spare parts and instructions for replacement by the customer
On-site repair by a Diebold Nixdorf service technician with original spare parts
Please note that your Retail Service Pack should have been activated by the Diebold Nixdorf authorized reseller at time of supply and prior to first use.

Bring-In Warranty | Your Right to Service
If your Diebold Nixdorf BEETLE POS system or EASY eXpress self-checkout and Kiosk system encounters a failure, we support a fast system recovery. It matters to us that you can soon use our systems again and return to daily business as quickly as possible.
Our Bring-In Warranty entitles you to receiving manufacturer service from Diebold Nixdorf within the given legal regulations.
You can easily report your Bring-In Warranty case to Diebold Nixdorf on the following pages. To do so, you just need your receipt and the serial number of your BEETLE POS system or EASY eXpress self-checkout and Kiosk system.
As soon as your service request is processed, we will send you an email confirmation and inform you about the next steps.
