Retail Service Packs - Your Direct Line to Diebold Nixdorf

Owners of a Diebold Nixdorf Retail Service Pack certificate can report failures of their BEETLE POS systems or EASY eXpress self-checkout and Kiosk system directly to the Global Customer Care Center. Your service request will be answered promptly from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm*.

Please have your Retail Service Pack certificate and BEETLE POS system, EASY eXpress self-checkout or kiosk system serial number details to hand.
