Octavio Marquez currently serves Diebold Nixdorf as president and chief executive officer. He is responsible for driving the organization's global strategies and performance to deliver secure, consumer-driven solutions and related services for customers across the financial and retail industries while building value for shareholders.

Marquez has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the banking, technology and IT sectors. Most recently, he led Diebold Nixdorf's Global Banking business, working directly with customers to help automate, digitize and transform how people bank. His span of accountability included sales, service and solutions distribution, including professional and managed services, and developing strategies to drive the company's Banking strategies globally.

Prior to this role, he led the organization's banking operations in the Americas. After joining Diebold, Incorporated in January 2014, he headed the company's Latin American region. Marquez's leadership successfully repositioned the business, most notably in Brazil and Mexico, to better align with the economic environment and drive growth.

Prior to that, Marquez served as managing director for the Mexico operations for EMC, a global leader in IT management and cloud computing. In this role, he developed turnaround strategies that exceeded revenue and profitability goals while improving customer satisfaction. Marquez also held several leadership roles at Hewlett Packard in the areas of manufacturing, marketing, sales, and outsourcing. As President of HP Mexico, he transformed the company into the largest IT business in the market. In 2011 Frost & Sullivan named him CEO of the Year in Mexico for the IT and telecommunications industry. He has also held several leadership positions with IBM and NCR.

Marquez holds a bachelor's degree in business and finance from the Universidad Iberoamericana, in Mexico City. He also has a certificate on Corporate Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has completed the Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth College.

James A. (Jim) Barna currently serves Diebold Nixdorf as executive vice president and chief financial officer. In this role, he is responsible for optimizing the organization’s global financial systems and driving the alignment of the company’s strategy to its financial performance to build stakeholder value.

Barna has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, with over 10 years in senior leadership roles. He joined Diebold Nixdorf from Ferro Corporation, a global leader in specialty chemicals, where he served in key financial leadership roles including vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer. Before his career in senior corporate leadership, Barna worked at PwC in the assurance and business advisory services practice. 

Barna obtained a Master of Business Administration degree and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from John Carroll University in Cleveland.

Joe Myers serves as Executive Vice President, Global Banking for Diebold Nixdorf, joining the company in 2022. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s Banking business teams around the world, working directly with customers to help automate, digitize and transform the way people bank. His span of accountability includes sales, banking service and financial solutions distribution including professional and managed services, and key strategies.

Myers has more than 20 years of experience leading high-performance sales, marketing and business teams to successfully execute plans that drive best-in-class customer advocacy. Prior to joining Diebold Nixdorf, he served as executive vice president and chief revenue officer for Atlanta-based Elavon, a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank and a global leader in payments processing. At Elavon, Myers was responsible for the company's growth strategy, business development and all revenue-related activities. He also led implementation and customer success teams, including solution engineering, presales and sales support. Before joining Elavon in 2011, Myers held various high-profile leadership roles in the payments industry, including general manager of the automotive division at Experian.

Myers earned his degree in Marketing and Business Management from Damelin Business School in South Africa and currently serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Georgia.

Ilhami Cantadurucu currently serves as executive vice president, Global Retail. In this role he is responsible for leading the company's Retail business segment strategy and operations, including business development, global sales and customer relationship management; focusing on delivering significant opportunities for our retail industry customers and software-driven services and solutions that exceed consumer demands.

Prior to his current role, he served as head of Global Accounts for the Retail business. In this role, he was responsible for driving the strategies and operations for the top six global retail accounts and the electric vehicle charging business.

As a key leader within Diebold Nixdorf for nearly 20 years, Cantadurucu has extensive leadership experience at the company in various financial and operational roles. Between 2016 and 2020 he served as vice president, Retail global finance, and vice president, Europe, Middle East and Africa finance for the banking and retail segments. Prior to the acquisition in 2016, Cantadurucu held several leadership positions within Wincor Nixdorf. His roles included chief financial officer, Wincor Nixdorf Turkey (2006-2011); chief operating officer, Wincor Nixdorf North America (2011-2013); and vice president, Wincor Nixdorf global retail finance (2013-2016).

Originally from Turkey, Cantadurucu holds a Master of Industrial Engineering and Management degree from the University of Paderborn in Germany. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in International Economics from the Heriot Watt University in Edinburg.

Frank T. Baur currently serves Diebold Nixdorf as executive vice president, Operational Excellence. In this role, he is focused on driving sustainable quality and process improvement in supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing and services. Baur also is a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.

Prior to joining Diebold Nixdorf in 2024, Baur served as senior executive director for GE Vernova, leading the global energy company’s Onshore Wind business. In this role, Baur improved cost productivity, on-time delivery, inventory reduction and product quality by driving lean principles throughout the operations.

Before GE Vernova, Baur was vice president, EMEA supply chain for Parker Hannifin Corp., where he was responsible for end-to-end supply chain and procurement management. Before Parker, Baur spent nearly 15 years at the Bosch Group, a leading global supplier of technology and services, where he held various supply chain leadership roles of increasing scope and responsibility.

Baur is a member of the advisory board for Global Supply Chain Management at Wayne State University in Detroit. He studied business administration at the University of Cooperative Education in Germany. Baur and his family reside in Switzerland.

Elizabeth (Lisa) Radigan currently serves as executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary for Diebold Nixdorf. She oversees the organization’s global legal function and global corporate compliance program as well as enterprise risk management, business continuity and resiliency and the Company's environmental, social and governance (ESG) program. Radigan also serves as a member of the company’s senior executive leadership team.

Prior to her current role, Radigan served as executive vice president and chief people officer for Diebold Nixdorf, leading the company’s global employee-focused initiatives, promoting a strong workforce of engaged employees, and driving effective processes that support and equip employees for success worldwide. Prior to that, Radigan was the senior vice president, chief ethics and compliance officer, and assistant corporate secretary at Diebold Nixdorf, where she led the global ethics and compliance program, beginning in November 2014. In this role, she oversaw the development, implementation and management of the organization’s global ethics and compliance program and oversaw legal aspects of corporate governance and entity management, M&A, and other corporate legal topics.

Prior to joining Diebold Nixdorf, Radigan was an attorney at global law firm, Jones Day, where she represented public companies in U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and company internal investigations.  Radigan has extensive experience designing and implementing policies, protocols, training materials, risk assessment materials and full compliance programs for Fortune 500 companies. While at Jones Day, she conducted training and provided guidance to numerous public companies regarding anti-corruption and other compliance risks and has provided advice to companies operating in all regions around the world. She has significant experience in implementing compliance programs around the world.

Radigan is a staunch supporter of the Company’s Employee Resource Groups.  She currently serves as the Executive Sponsor for Parents@DN, which drives positive change across DN by supporting and advocating for flexible and family-friendly initiatives to help remove barriers that parents face in the workplace.  Prior to that role, Radigan was the champion for Women@DN since its inception in March 2021, Under her leadership, Women@DN hosted monthly group discussions, engaged its members in conversations on important topics of the day relevant to women, implemented an informal mentoring program, and created a supportive community focused on professional and personal growth worldwide.

Radigan earned her law degree, with honors, from American University, Washington College of Law, and her bachelor’s degree in history, with honors, from The Ohio State University. A longtime resident of Northeast Ohio, she serves on the board of directors of the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center and the Hudson Community Foundation.

Teresa Ostapower currently serves as chief information officer. In this role, she leads our global Information Technology organization and is responsible for strategy, enterprise architecture, development and service delivery. Her leadership is also instrumental as the company enables digital and cloud technologies and modernizes platforms across Sales, Operations, Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology.

Ostapower has over 30 years of experience leading large-scale IT organizations at AT&T and has been recognized for enabling technology to deliver customer and shareholder value as well as steering major technology transformations. Most recently, Ostapower served as AT&T’s senior vice president of Technology Transformation, Architecture & Operations where she led AT&T’s technology modernization to drive speed, cost, and quality improvements.

As AT&T’s chief digital officer, Ostapower led a digital transformation focused on delivering personalized and effortless customer experiences. During her tenure, she and her team enabled new self-service capabilities, which significantly increased free cash flow. In these roles, she also received industry recognition including Top 50 Women in Technology (National Diversity Council), Top 100 Most Innovative Chief Digital Officers Globally (Hot Topics), and CIO 100 (CIO Magazine).

Ostapower earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia. She currently resides on the boards of mce Systems, the University of Georgia Research Foundation and the University of Georgia Management Information Systems Advisory Board.

Jonathan Noe currently serves as interim Chief People Officer for Diebold Nixdorf. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing the people strategy that will attract and retain the top talent who will achieve the company's objectives today and in the future. He ensures that all areas of HR are easy to work with and create value for the business, from training and development to employee listening and succession planning. Noe is also focused on meeting the evolving needs of employees by delivering programs and policies that support their overall well-being and make our company a great place to work.

Noe joined Diebold Nixdorf in 2012 as an HR business partner and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility over the years, supporting various functional and geographical areas. He most recently was vice president of people partners for the Americas, including serving as a strategic advisor to Diebold Nixdorf's Banking, Finance and Legal organizations and their leadership teams.

Prior to Diebold Nixdorf, Noe served as a business consultant at Clemans, Nelson & Associates, advising public sector clients on a variety of people and labor relations issues.

Noe graduated from the University of Toledo in Ohio with a bachelor's degree in finance. He also earned his juris doctorate, with a concentration in labor and employment law, from the University of Toledo.

Susan Malcolm currently serves as vice president, chief ethics and compliance officer for Diebold Nixdorf. In this role, she oversees the development, implementation and management of the company's global ethics and compliance program including anti-corruption and bribery compliance; trade law compliance; anti-trust compliance and data privacy.

Prior to being appointed to her current role, Malcolm was vice president, global head of ethics and compliance, for Diebold Nixdorf. Before joining the company in 2013, Malcolm worked at BT Group plc, a multinational communications services company headquartered in the U.K. While there, she held a variety of legal and regulatory roles including building compliance programs. She was a member of BT's legal leadership team before joining the Governance team, where she became Head of Ethics. At BT she also gained experience in sales, and in human resources leading on policy development and managing contracts with key HR suppliers. Malcolm started her career in London at Ashurst, an international law firm where she specialized in anti-trust/competition law.

Malcolm earned her law degree, with honors, from the University of Edinburgh (Scotland), and obtained a master of science degree in Telecommunications Business from University College London. She is a member of the the Law Society of England and Wales. Malcolm is also a trustee of Elmwey Trust, which runs schools in Surrey, U.K.
