2021 is already shaping up to be a banner year for Diebold Nixdorf. In the fall of 2020, we released the cloud-native Vynamic FCx platform, which enables fuel and convenience retailers to engage their customers beyond the store. We were also named the best banking technology solutions provider in Europe by Global Banking and Finance Review.

These are amazing accomplishments and they are only possible because of the amazing people who design and build our software. We know that innovation is a continuous discipline and that excellence comes from having a passion for creating value for our customers and partners every single day. That’s why the Software Group is constantly looking for new ways to add value to DN’s portfolio and help us stand apart from the rest of the field. 

With the arrival of Manish Choudhary as SVP and Global Head of Software Group in early 2020 came a boost of energy to revamp everything we do, from innovating to building to delivering – and yes, even hiring. That’s why we are committed to significantly expanding the size of the team in 2021. As a first step, a number of key leaders have been added to help set the strategy and build the structure we need to expand our leadership role in the FinTech space. And we will be adding headcount at a number of locations around the world. 2021 is not a year to be timid!

The key to maintaining and expanding our global position is hiring the best people in the world and empowering them to succeed.
