Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

The app does not work on my device. How can I fix this?
DN Visualizer – AR works on most iOS and Android mobile devices, that are Augmented Reality enabled. Please see the list of supported devices here (external link). In addition, make sure there is enough space and light at the place where you are using the app. Be sure to allow camera access to the app. It is preferred that you are in a standing position (if possible), while using the app and position the marker roughly 2-3 meters away from you.
Note: For Android devices, please make sure that you have already installed Google Play Services for AR, on your device.
How can I unlock the app?
Some features in the app, will require banking users to unlock the app. Users from retail industry may not necessarily unlock the app. Unlocking the app is a one-time process and will allow banking users to explore our Fourth Generation Recycling Module (RM4) and configure the DN Series 200 by selecting different screen sizes, privacy panes on/off, etc. Follow these steps for unlocking the app:
  • Tap on the lock icon on top right of the app screen
  • Tap “I don’t have a code”
  • This will redirect you to a landing page
  • Enter your official email address and other details and click submit
  • You will receive the code on your email (make sure you don’t copy extra spaces with this code)
  • Restart the app, tap on lock icon on top right and paste the 6-digit code. App will be unlocked!
Is this app free to download and use?
Yes, the app can be downloaded for free from App Store for iOS devices and Google Play Store for supported Android devices.
Does this app collect my personal data?
No we don't capture any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on the app. We will capture your personal data on the form, you will fill for requesting a unique code to unlock the app. Please read our Privacy Policy, for further information.
