GENERAL:
========
The Diebold Nixdorf CashdrawerSMBus Driver is released for 
Windows(r) XP(tm), Windows(r) POSReady2009(tm),
Windows(r) 7(tm) X86, Windows(r) POSReady 7(tm) X86,
Windows(r) 7(tm) X64, POSReady 7(tm) X64, Windows(r) 8.1
and Windows(r) 10

The installation can be started from the command line by
calling (example):
'WN_CashdrawerSMBus_Driver-1.5.0.1-1-setup.exe'

The files will be extracted to the destination directory
C:\Retail\Hardware\CashdrawerSMBus (if C:\ is the Boot drive)
This default destination directory will be used in a 
silent installation, any other destination directory can be
choosen in an interactive installation

SUPPORTED BEETLE SYSTEMS:
=========================
- BEETLE MIII with K1 and K2 motherboards
- BEETLE MIII with M1 and M2 motherboards
- BEETLE MIII with O1 motherboard
- BEETLE MIII with R1 and R2 motherboards


INSTALLATION HINTS:
===================
- Administrator rights are mandatory as a driver will be installed.
  Depending on the OS and the security settings of the OS a message box 
  requesting the administrator rights may appear.
- Appending /silent will start the installation in silent mode.
  Users will see all installation popup windows but the installer
  will use all default button internally, no user interaction
  is neccessary.
- Appending /verysilent will start the installation in very silent mode
  In this mode the users will not see any popup windows.
  The options /silent and /verysilent can be also used when uninstalling
  the package.
- After uninstallation a restart is required in order to remove the 
  driver. In order to supress the correspondig message box and to not
  restart the system the command line option /norestart can be added.
